What is your MOQ for OEM profiles?
For standard profiles, we support flexible MOQs starting from 50 meters for sampling. For custom OEM tooling, we typically require a minimum volume (e.g., 500m) to amortize mold costs, but this is negotiable based on long-term project potential.
Are your products certified for EU/US?
Yes. Our silicone materials and LED strips are CE, RoHS, and REACH compliant. We provide material datasheets (MSDS) upon request and can support project-specific IP65/IP67 testing or UL listing processes for the final assembly.
What is the standard lead time?
Standard profiles typically ship within 7-10 days. For custom OEM projects, allow 12-15 days for mold creation and sample approval. Bulk production generally runs 15-20 days depending on order volume.
